Want six pack abs?
Before we start
Maybe you have already noticed that there is a lot of BS on the net about fat loss and getting a six pack. You don't need fat burning pills or abs butterfly to get a six pack. If you have a lot of body fat, the journey to a flat stomach won’t be fast, but it definitely shouldn’t be hard if you do things the smart way.
Follow these three simple rules if you want to get six pack abs easy:
1. Eat healthy. The old saying “abs are made in the kitchen” is completely true. Six pack abs have nothing to do with crunches or any other stomach exercises. If you can’t see your abs, that’s because you have too much body fat. In this case doing only abdominal exercises will make your abs stronger and also bigger, but you won’t be able to see them.
You can do thousands of crunches every day, but if your meals aren’t planned well, there won’t be any positive results. The best and easiest way to control your body fat level is proper nutrition. You don’t need to have a specially designed nutrition plan, just use your common sense. If your aim is to lose fat, the main rule is to take in fewer calories than you are expending. Your diet should be healthy and balanced, so that you will get all necessary vitamins and nutrients, but won’t gain any extra fat.
Sometimes calorie counting may be frustrating and almost impossible to track. If you manage to calculate the number of calories taken in, it will be very hard, almost impossible to calculate the number of calories you expend during the day. That’s why the calorie counting strategy is not a good way to control your weight.
The easiest way to balance your nutrition is to learn the basics about good foods and bad foods. Eating less doesn't always guarantee that you will lose fat. The eat-stop-eat principle has helped many of those who don't want to work out. Of course, knowledge is nothing without self-control.
2. Do cardio workout. While it’s possible to get a six pack without doing any sports at all, a good workout plan will definitely speed things up and help you to achieve the results you desire much faster. The TacFit commando training program offers interval training based workouts that you can do at home without any equipment. You can also get good results from doing low intensity aerobic training, like jogging or Nordic walking, but it won’t be as effective as interval training - high intensity activities alternating with low intensity activites and rest periods.
3. Don’t rush. If we are talking about long term results, health should be the number one priority. You shouldn’t implement rapid changes in your lifestyle. While your body can accept some drastic changes in a short period of time, in the long run you will experience negative effects.
That’s why you should stay away from crazy diets and fat burning pills. They don’t allow your body to develop in a natural way. You may put too much stress on your body and in the end lose more than win. You may achieve your goals faster but the results won’t be sustainable or healthy.
In conclusion...
And thats it! There is no big secret that only fitness gurus know. Everyone can get a six-pack. All you have to do is follow these three rules carefully. Be patients and read the rest of my articles on this subject. Good luck!
