How to get a six pack?
This is the No1 question I get. If you can’t see your abdominal muscles it’s only because you have got excessive body fat. There are two things you can do. The first and most important is healthy nutrition. There is no way you can get a six-pack if you eat unhealthy. Your diet should be balanced and as natural as possible. The second most important thing is physical activities. By working out regularly you will burn calories, build muscle and bring your energy levels up. For more info click here.
Is obesity predetermined?
Our genes definitely play a big roll in what we are and how our body responds to different things. There are people who can eat almost anything and still be skinny while others follow strict diets and exercise but can’t completely get rid of the unwanted fat. However there also are many social and environmental factors which determine the level of ones body fat. Not only eating junk food can make you fat but also stress, depression and fear. Don't be so quick to judge yourself. It very well may be that fat is not your fault.
I believe that despite all the “fat” genes and unhealthy food that surrounds us, everyone can get in the range of healthy body fat level unless you have a serious illness. All you need to get a lean body is a little knowledge and determination.
