David Goggins – Show No Weakness
Posted on 21. Jan, 2010 by Tom Greenwald in Inspiration, Running and jogging
David Goggins is a Navy seal who runs ultra marathons, competes in Iron man and Ultra man to raise money for fallen soldier’s kids to go to college. He is an amazing personality and an inspiration for many athletes because he really shows what one can do with willpower and noble purpose. Check out Davids blog and the videos below to get to know what kind of man he is.

wow, rpm of 32, is being that fit bad for you? Although I don’t know much about overexercise I would of thought that a rpm that low would damage the heart. I have heard of athletes getting enlarged hearts as they build too much heart muscle.

Yes, David Goggins isn’t the best fitness example for people who only start doing some sports. What he does is absolutely extraordinary and has nothing to do with health and fitness in the usual everyday terms. His training regime probably isn’t always beneficial for his body and could lead to serious health problems but I admire the determination and the whole idea behind it.
